98% of your conversations happen in your head - not with other people. Stop and think about that. What percentage of those conversations are positive? Granted some of the chit chatter in your brain is about things you have to do, what you're fixing for dinner, etc. Do you make a conscious effort to make your conversations positive? Be intentional this week and make sure you have at least 5 conversations per day that are positive. Here are some ideas to jump start the conversation.
1. I can do hard things. Look at all the difficult things I've done. 2. I'm so blessed to have "X" in my life. 3. This is going to be a great week because I'm looking forward to... 4. I really enjoy doing _____ because it recharges me. 5. It felt great to eat that bowl of ice cream.
