One of my favorite things to do is sit around my kitchen table with my children--to listen to their stories, to watch them laugh, and to bask in these moments that bring us together.
I've worked to create this same feeling of belonging within my studio. I am pulling back a chair for you, and inviting you to sit at the table with me. Within my walls, you will never feel judged, intimated or alone. This experience is about peeling back your layers, allowing yourself to be seen, and celebrating everything you bring to the table.
This is a day that is all about you. Isn't that what we all need sometimes? A chance to reconnect, recharge, and fill our cup back up? While as women we tend to get lost in the ho-hum of everyday life, this is a reminder that the fiercely beautiful woman you've always been is still in there.
Let's go on a journey together, you and me. My greatest work is in helping you transform the way you think about yourself. You are pretty enough, you are strong enough, and you are so capable. But it's so important that you believe that, too. Self love is a difficult journey, but you can do hard things.
